If you win this auction or click the "Buy It Now", payment must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction or we reserve the right to resell the item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping insurance is included for all items that have been won in auction or "Buy It Now". You must have a PayPal confirmed shipping address if making a payment via PayPal. We will ship to confirmed addresses only. Shipping is available and calculated for the lower 48 states in the Continental United States. You must contact the seller for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. No International Shipping! Please, NO International Shipping questions. Thank you! Most items are shipped FedEx Ground. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes when shipping with FedEx. All items are guaranteed to be fully functional unless stated otherwise (see below). Items shown in photos are the actual item you will receive, unless a stock photo has been used. Please note that photos of item may not be to scale.
We (the seller) will accept returns on items as long as the item is returned in the original condition of which we sent the item to you, and it is being returned with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We will not accept any packages returned to us without the RMA#. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving shipment that you would like to return the item. Once we have received the item back and have deemed the item to be in the original condition as we sent the item, we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back via the original payment method.
We ask that you notify us via email within (7) seven days of receiving defective/damaged item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns (Unless item have been deemed defective and/or damaged). A return shipping label (Seller provided) can be sent via email if deemed defective.
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with FedEx Ground to get a refund on the final value of the item you have won. Please hold onto the item and original packaging in its entirety while the claim is being processed. FedEx may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement! This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item from FedEx!
Please make your payments via PayPal (preferred). We also accept Discover, American Express, Master Card, and Visa. If you prefer, we can email you our retail location's phone number, and we can take your credit card information over the phone. We do not accept money orders or personal checks. Cash is accepted at the store location when doing a local pick-up from the store where your item was listed(see terms below).
Shipments will be processed within 24 business hours of receiving your payment. Shipping insurance is included on all items. If you are the winning bidder or clicked the "Buy it Now" button and you are electing to do a local pick-up, we can email you the location where this item can be picked up. We will still require that the payment be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. If payment has not been received within 7 days, we reserve the right to resell the item. If you are making payment via PayPal and you are a local bidder (within the state of which we operate), please request an invoice via email with your intentions to do a local pick-up so that we can remove shipping & handling charges (all local sales tax will apply). If payment has been made via PayPal, we ask that you pick-up your item(s) within 7 days or we reserve the right to apply a $2 per day storage fee (after the 7th day, and up to the 30th day). After 30 days, we will assume that you have elected not to pick up the item(s), and we will refund your payment (less the optional per day storage fee).
