We (the seller) will accept returns on items as long as the item is returned in the original condition of which we sent the item to you, and it is being returned with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We will not accept any
packages returned to us without the RMA#. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving shipment that you would like to return the item. Once we have received the item back and have deemed the item to be in the original condition as
we sent the item, we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back via the original payment method.
We ask that you notify us via email within (7) seven days of receiving defective/damaged item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns (Unless item have been deemed defective and/or damaged). A return shipping label (Seller
provided) can be sent via email if deemed defective.
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with FedEx Ground to get a refund on the final value of the item you have won. Please hold onto the item and original packaging in its entirety while
the claim is being processed. FedEx may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement! This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item from FedEx!
